
Organisational Support Specialist

The Team Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our teams. They are responsible for providing administrative support to Partners and fee earners, including document preparation, property searches, billing, and file management.
This involves coordinating the allocation of legal support resources nationally, covering leave, and ensuring optimal team utilization. Additionally, they will oversee administrative processes, resolve operational issues, and work closely with the Practice Manager to streamline workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Team Coordinator within a law firm is required.
- Exposure to real estate or construction matters is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities are essential.
- A collaborative, approachable style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills is necessary.
- Confidence in leading, mentoring, and influencing others in a professional setting is required.
