Job Overview

As a key member of our operations team, the Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This dynamic position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our consultants, facilitating the seamless execution of office tasks.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support, encompassing daily office operations and maintaining a well-organized environment.
  • Manage payroll processes for contractors, create contracts for temporary workers, and oversee their onboarding to our payroll system.
  • Contribute to the development of proposal documentation, assisting with RFP processes, preparing materials, and engaging with clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate event management activities, including venue selection, catering arrangements, advertising, and overall event logistics.
  • Dispatch placement information to our accounts team for invoicing purposes.
  • Regularly update our website (WordPress), designing and editing pages as needed.
  • Support consultants in managing the recruitment process – shortlisting CVs, pre-screening candidates, writing job adverts, coordinating interview schedules, and updating CRM systems.
  • Oversee the management of virtual team assistants and ensure they have access to necessary systems.
  • Provide professional reception services, greeting clients, visitors, and external guests.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed to maintain cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with building management on office maintenance, safety, and security matters.
