Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and facilities coordination to ensure seamless workflow and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and office stock levels to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and client requests to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support consultants with travel, calendar coordination, and administration tasks to enable them to focus on client work.
  • Assist with onboarding, office systems, and ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an organized and proactive individual with experience supporting professional services or consulting teams. They will bring strong administration, vendor/facilities management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure while juggling competing priorities.
