
Administrative Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workflows and a productive workplace. Key responsibilities include maintaining a tidy and organized office space, managing inventory of pantry supplies, distributing gift cards and SIM cards, budgeting and monitoring business travel expenses, verifying and processing reimbursements, handling payment applications, addressing office inquiries, collaborating with building management and external service providers.
As a proactive team player, you will work alongside internal and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, supporting international branches with expense analysis, gift procurement, leave administration, payroll assistance, and various other tasks. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate engaging events and celebrations, and carry out additional ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Jira. A proactive team player capable of working independently with minimal oversight. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
