We are seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Executive to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with local and national employers, understanding their workforce needs, and creating customised job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employment consultants, allied health clinicians, and rehabilitation consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align job opportunities with participant aspirations and promote the benefits of inclusive employment practices.
  • Promote the value of hiring people with disability and drive business development and market growth for our services.
