Business Development Manager - Commercial Partnerships

Job Description

This is a high-impact role that offers the chance to drive business growth and member engagement through strategic partnerships. As a key player in our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships that deliver significant commercial value.

You will lead the development, management, and growth of these partnerships, driving commercial outcomes through joint business planning, compelling proposals, and executive-level relationship building. Your expertise in negotiation, data-driven decision making, and financial acumen will be instrumental in ensuring the success of these partnerships.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of complex partnerships, manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize profitability. If you have a proven track record in managing commercial partnerships and possess excellent communication and presentation skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive commercial growth and member engagement.
  • Lead joint business planning, proposal development, and executive-level relationship building to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Manage partnership budgets, track return on investment (ROI), and optimize profitability.
  • Take ownership of high-value, complex partnerships central to our market-leading rewards program.

  • Commercial and strategic experience with a demonstrated track record in managing complex partnerships.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong commercial and financial acumen.
