About this role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer construction and services contracts in accordance with project execution plans and company requirements.
- Support the Contracts & Procurement Manager in managing contractor performance, claims, and risk.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure contract deliverables are met safely and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate contract records and data systems.
- Administer nominated packages including notices, variations, site instructions, and extensions of time.
- Oversee processing of all contract progress claims.
This role is integral to successful delivery of construction and services contracts on-site, ensuring compliance, performance, and value across the supply chain.
The role will initially be on a fixed-term duration. Our goal is to find a long-term fit for this position.
