Job Title: Commercial Contracts Coordinator

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Contracts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial contracts, including letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes, and awarding subcontracts.

You will also be involved in financial forecasting and cost-tracking, as well as managing subcontract variations and progress claims.

In addition, you will assist the Project Manager with Head Contract client management.

 

About You:

  • You should have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in a CA role for a Commercial builder.
  • Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
  • Ideally, you will have experience with financial management systems.
  • A genuine, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are must-haves.
  • Ideally, you will hold tertiary degree qualifications related to Construction, but relevant experience is more important.
