What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and processing sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinating with clients, solicitors, developers, and agents to keep timelines on track.
  • Managing settlements and key milestones, ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to support the sales team.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administration to keep the office organised and efficient.
