Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Administrator to join our growing team. As a key member of our Learning and Development Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective administration of internal and external training programs.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Administration: Manage training administration, including inboxes, enrolments, scheduling, invitations, and room management to facilitate seamless training delivery.
  2. Third-Party Vendor Presentations: Oversee the administration related to third-party vendor presentations, ensuring smooth execution and excellent stakeholder experience.
  3. Marketing Collateral Creation: Develop engaging marketing collateral, providing quality assurance assistance on new materials created to maintain brand consistency.
  4. Materials Management: Maintain up-to-date materials on the intranet and internet, ensuring easy access for staff and external clients.
  5. General Training Queries: Assist colleagues and external clients with general training queries, providing prompt and professional support.
  6. Facilitator Support: Liaise with facilitators to distribute pre-and post-training materials, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
  7. Learning Management System Maintenance: Perform all facets of Learning Management System maintenance, including course creation, material loading, user management, attendance registration, and post-training surveys and reporting.
  8. Colleague Training Records: Manage colleague training records outside of the Learning Management System, ensuring accurate and timely data capture.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
