This maternity leave cover position is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our employees' skills and knowledge.

We are looking for an individual with experience working in a professional services environment and advanced MS Office skills. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate the development of training resources, ensure their accuracy and formatting, and provide excellent customer service to staff.

The role involves scheduling and coordinating training events, maintaining accurate training records, and providing training statistics to the Business Services Manager. Additionally, you will work closely with the technical team and managers to develop training content to support business system updates and roll-outs.

We offer a flexible start and finish time, social and collaborative work culture, additional day leave on your birthday, 37.5 hours per week, full-time position, and office social events throughout the year.

With a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 AUD per annum, we are committed to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
