Job Title: Senior Account Growth Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia.
This role is critical in driving business growth by expanding our footprint with existing customers.
You will focus on driving the consumption of Databricks services within a few selected existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify key use cases and increase usage of the platform.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to secure committed deals and accelerate project delivery.
- Lead Generation: Utilize intent signals, account planning, and customer stories to prospect and target leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, create proofs of concept, and manage the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience selling innovation in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement skills.
