Job Title: Account Growth Specialist

As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and value realization of our solutions and services by our customers.

You will work closely with senior leadership, partners, and our extended account team to achieve customer goals.

Your primary objective will be to deeply understand the customer's business goals, environment, challenges, and operational maturity.

You will build and nurture strong relationships with customers to develop a holistic view of their immediate needs and current programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure customers realize expected outcomes
  • Provide insightful recommendations based on solid understanding of best methodologies for architecture, implementation, adoption, and migrations
  • Lead the growth motion from onboarding to business value realization
  • Coordinate post-sales orchestration of all resources to provide a unified path to Customer Success

Requirements:

  • Strategic leader with excellent customer, partner, and market orientation in software and subscription services
  • Experience leading Customer Experience transformation work or Customer Success initiatives
  • Ability to shift from developing high-level strategies to effective execution, influencing at every level, and driving decisions through collaboration
