JOB TITLE: Senior Account Growth Specialist
We're seeking an accomplished Senior Account Growth Specialist to drive client growth and be the primary point of contact post-sale with the goal of setting clients up for success and managing ongoing client needs at a leadership level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify key stakeholders within client organizations to forge relationships, thereby increasing strategic opportunities.
- Consult regularly with client teams to fully understand their needs and proactively solve pain points with new or existing product offerings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client business objectives to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of their strategic business goals.
- Coordinate with internal client project teams to ensure highest quality and project success.
- Serve as the highest point of escalation for service delivery, active projects, etc.
- Manage delivery team finances to ensure on-budget delivery of projects and overall account profitability.
- Lead strategically focused quarterly business reviews to drive the business forward while maintaining industry knowledge and a pulse on the client's business.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level executives.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
