Food and Beverage Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Food and Beverage Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, financial management, and team development. You will work closely with our Director of Food and Beverage and Human Resources to develop training programs, SOPs, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain brand standards, enhance guest satisfaction, and actively engage with guests to solicit feedback.
  • Analyze guest insights to drive loyalty, optimize revenue, and identify sales opportunities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, including leadership and operational roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
