We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector, and developing strategies to pursue and close deals.

Develop and Implement Strategic Plans

You will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with Operations Team

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Monitor Market Trends

You will be responsible for monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.

Negotiate Contracts

You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Provide Sales Forecasts

You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience

You will have proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.

Strong Understanding of Logistics
