Job Title: Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative reservations coordinator to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting to the reservations manager and supporting day-to-day booking operations, ensuring a smooth and professional process for guests booking reservations and events.

  • Coordinate with the reservations manager to ensure seamless booking operations
  • Manage guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in reservations or reception roles
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Restaurant floor management experience is a bonus
