Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive standard practices and execution.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure seamless Amazon freight logistics in accordance with industry standards.
  • Support air freight bookings and airway bill labeling as required.
  • Oversee the handling and screening of Amazon freight to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide timely status updates, delay notifications, risks, and other critical information to management.
  • Monitor air routes to identify potential performance impediments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and conduct regular process analysis to prevent issue recurrence.
  • Design reporting templates to capture key metrics including arrival time, dispatch, rejections, and delays.
  • Participate in daily calls as needed.
  • Lead by example fostering a culture of safety, customer obsession, and ownership.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Experience managing large data sets and leveraging them to drive performance improvements and process enhancements.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours to meet business needs.
  • Willingness to travel to and work at multiple locations across Sydney as required.
