Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Air Operations Coordinator to oversee the smooth execution of air freight and airway bill labelling. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving engagement and execution excellence across air operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to implement and execute standard practices for air freight management.
  • Conduct deep dives to resolve issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support the booking of air freight and airway bill labelling as required, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Oversee the handling and screening of Amazon freight as required, maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
  • Communicate status updates, delays, risks, and other issues to management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor air routes to identify potential issues that could impact performance and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and analyze processes to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Develop reporting templates to capture key metrics including arrival time, dispatch, rejections, and delays, providing valuable insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.
  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing data to drive performance and process improvements.
  • Ability to use good judgment in challenging situations and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including email management, report writing, and data analysis.
  • Able to work flexible hours and travel to various locations as required.
  • 1+ years of relevant program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience.
