We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Sales Consultant to provide personalized care solutions for older Australians.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by understanding their needs and increasing Home Care Package conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face, phone, or video conference-based sales consultations with clients in their homes
  • Use entrepreneurial and highly developed communication skills to understand client needs and increase Home Care Package conversion
  • Manage a portfolio of opportunities to optimize face-to-face sales time across your primary region of responsibility
  • Work to realistic and achievable sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets around number of consultation visits and client sign-up success rate

Additional responsibilities include presenting to community groups about funding options and services available, as well as proactively nurturing and converting prospective clients.
