Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Solutions Expert to partner with our sales and delivery teams. This role will involve developing compelling solution strategies that align with customer objectives and trends.

  • This includes leading customer delivery sessions and developing tailored recommendations.
  • You will also qualify opportunities to support bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Your task will be to develop and deliver high-impact proposals, executive-ready presentations, and technical demonstrations.
  • In addition, you will contribute to sales enablement through the creation and operationalization of reusable assets, frameworks, and programs.
  • Lastly, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and commercial messaging across customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain visibility during the transition from pre-sales to delivery.
  • Support go-to-market planning, adoption campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the relevant practice in enterprise-wide initiatives, regional planning forums, and cross-practice collaborations.
  • Contribute thought leadership content through events, storytelling, and the creation of scalable IP.
Requirements
  • Experience in ITAM and Finops is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Stack Licensing is essential.
  • Proven experience in solution consulting, advisory, or consulting environment is necessary.
  • Deep expertise in your relevant practice's full suite of offerings is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategies and associated packaged offerings is required.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence pipeline performance and shape go-to-market strategies is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on executive-ready narratives, solution proposals, and presentation delivery are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and align technical and business perspectives is required.
  • Experience developing scalable enablement programs, tools, and sales frameworks is desired.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions to deliver consistent messaging and customer experience is essential.
