Drive Business Success as a Solutions Expert

As a skilled Solutions Expert, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their business objectives by designing and implementing cost-effective technology solutions.

Working closely with clients, account managers, vendors, and technical domain experts, you will understand their business requirements and architect innovative solutions that meet their needs.

With a strong background in networking and infrastructure, you will define the specific technologies and process changes required to deliver successful projects.

You will also provide guidance and direction to the account management team, bid team, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in IT, with a proven track record in pre-sales or solution administration and management.

You will possess excellent customer liaison skills, a deep understanding of business and service management principles, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to sales teams nationally
  • Develop client relationships and translate business/technical requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop Statements of Work and corresponding services, including product costings for high-level solutions
  • Develop, facilitate, and engage in additional business growth opportunities
  • Assist internal operational teams with high-level advice on projects development, design, and implementation
