Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Sydney Event Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the day-to-day management of events, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate events and achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement processes to improve event efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on event performance and customer feedback
