About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our Sydney team, supporting the Regional Director and Group Director in facilitating and enhancing business development through event and sponsorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage regional events and functions, including venue booking, facilities, and entertainment, ensuring consistency with the Urbis brand and client experience.
  • Attend events to oversee smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage emails, events calendar, and RSVP lists efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Office Services and peers to foster a consistent client/events experience.
  • Support business development and regional integrated opportunities activities, working closely with directors and teams.
  • Organize regional activities, such as morning teas, announcements, and regular communications.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, catering, and video conference facilities for managed events.
  • Diary and email management, including meetings and travel arrangements.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple people in a similar role.
  • Business development and events coordination experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • High proficiency in spelling and grammar.
