As a Director of Event Operations, you will lead our experienced Event Services team in delivering flawless events that exceed our guests' expectations. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure every detail of every event is meticulously planned and executed.

About the Role

This rewarding role requires a seasoned Events Operations professional with extensive management experience in large hotels or venues. You will be responsible for managing rosters and payroll costs to budget, mentoring and coaching team members, and handling high-pressure situations. Your ability to partner with internal stakeholders and bring events to life will be essential to your success. Additionally, you must have full unrestricted Australian working rights and be available to work on rotating shifts, including weekends.
