This full-time position plays a key role in delivering online and on-campus events as part of Student Equity's annual initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of multifaceted events that meet strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event strategies to engage students and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Communicate event objectives, key messages, and logistics to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare project documentation, including risk assessments, budget development, and post-event analysis.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant degree and experience in events or program administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and event platforms.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.
