Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute event strategies to engage students and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Communicate event objectives, key messages, and logistics to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, including risk assessments, budget development, and post-event analysis.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A relevant degree and experience in events or program administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and event platforms.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.
