Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a Casual Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team, responsible for delivering excellent guest service in various food and beverage outlets.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service in all aspects of the business, ensuring a positive experience for our guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
  • Upsell and promote hotel services and amenities to increase revenue
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including wines, spirits, and other beverages
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue
  • A valid RSA certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
