Guest Service Agent

Are you a hospitality enthusiast looking to deliver exceptional customer service? We are seeking a friendly and well-presented Guest Service Agent to join our team at Lancemore Crossley St Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to departure. This includes welcoming guests, handling room assignments, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay.

  • Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service.
  • Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, and your ability to provide excellent service will directly impact our guests' overall experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a front desk or guest services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
