Job Title: Night Auditor Relief Night Manager

Description:

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and have a passion for working in a dynamic environment. As a Night Auditor, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's night operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming late arrival guests and farewelling early departure guests
  • Maximising guest satisfaction and ensuring the safety and security of the property
  • Attending to guest requests efficiently and effectively
  • Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings
  • Preparing and distributing relevant audit reports
  • Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests
  • Collating paperwork for departures and coordinating with the Front Office team
  • Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring an effective handover of issues at the start and end of each shift

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
  • Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
  • An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
  • Exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of computer literacy - Opera experience preferred
