- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver seamless service to guests by serving a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
- Ensure timely setup and delivery of food in buffet and à la carte service settings.
- Provide personalized club concierge services to elevate the guest experience.
- Prepare for guest arrivals and departures by offering check-in and check-out services while liaising with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
- Offer food and beverage service during all 5 daily meal periods in the club lounge.
- Support the club in various operational tasks to maintain efficiency.
- Understand and meet guest requirements through engaging interactions that inspire loyalty.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of the Club Lounge at all times.
- Foster relationships with existing and new guests by providing legendary service, ensuring future bookings.About You
We seek an individual who is passionate about advancing their career, self-motivated, driven, and energized in fast-paced environments. Relevant experience in similar roles, working rights in Australia, food and beverage, and front office service expertise are preferred.
