We are seeking a charming and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Guest Host. This exciting role will see you interacting with guests, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their vacation experience is nothing short of magical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and checking them in efficiently and warmly.
  • Providing accurate information about local attractions and activities.
  • Using communication equipment such as phones, computers and televisions to assist guests.
  • Working closely with the resort operations team to ensure seamless transitions for guests.
  • Generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our resorts and via livestream.
  • Building rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience.
Requirements:
  • A previous hotel or hospitality background is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a love for meeting new people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • High levels of computer literacy and proficiency in using software such as property management systems.
  • The capacity to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
