We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lounge Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is exceptional.

Our lounge business delivers high-quality services to meet the needs of travelers across the industry. We pride ourselves on providing seamless delivery of five-star catering, cleaning, and concierge services aligned to our partner brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests with engagement and warmth
  • Assisting with front desk daily operations
  • Conducting guest and carrier enquiries via phone, email, or in person and making reservations and recommendations
  • Servicing guest arrivals and departures
  • Achieving guest satisfaction targets and exhibiting excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in similar positions within a hosting or front office environment
  • Self-motivation and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Efficiency in learning and understanding aviation flight schedules, codes, and software platforms, with excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all lounge team members and associated aviation companies
