Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for guests, handling phone calls and resolving queries about service appointments, vehicle maintenance, and other related matters.
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the service department, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
  • Collect and accurately record guest information, vehicle details, and service requests to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
  • Communicate service updates, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or services needed to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, promoting a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling the handling of multiple guest enquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including appointment management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
