Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Data Driven Media Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our HX Partnerships team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation of our Precision Media campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels.
Your primary focus will be on driving campaign objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver best-in-class implementation of our Digital Media campaigns within the HX teams.
- Input into planning, providing relevant data and recommendations around digital activity and tactics.
- Proactively source audience data to inform broader planning collaboration with the wider investment team.
- Assist in the development of insights for reporting, laddering up to business and human outcomes.
- Support Digital Managers and Directors across the team to deliver client deliverables.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience across paid social, paid search, and/or programmatic channels.
- Demonstrable knowledge of social, search, and/or programmatic management tools.
- Proven experience of exceeding campaign objectives.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide solutions and think outside the box.
- A collaborative team player with strong time management skills and experience in juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong organisation experience with a love for being one step ahead.
- A salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
