Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Driven Experimentation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Subscriptions Growth business unit, you will lead the growth of our subscription experimentation program, creating end-to-end editorial / AI experimentation strategies from concept to execution.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing tagging strategies, managing stakeholders and programs, analyzing data, and presenting insights to drive business decisions.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for experimentation, solving business or customer problems, and pain points, as well as ensuring that all experimentation adds value to our subscriptions growth.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional project teams, leveraging your expertise in statistical concepts, communication skills, and technical abilities to drive results.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and ability to explain them to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven thinking.
  • Strong technical skills and business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively across both worlds.
  • Demonstrated previous experience working with SQL and Big Query.
  • Strong experience in using Adobe Analytics (Omniture) or similar.
  • Previous experience in using Optimizely or other web-based experimentation platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML or JavaScript is ideal.

Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
