About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), personalisation, or a related field. As a Data-Driven Digital Strategist, you'll support the development and execution of omni-channel personalisation strategies to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute MarTech personalisation strategies to improve user engagement and conversion across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to create seamless customer experiences across digital campaigns and platforms.
  • Support the development and tracking of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to align with company marketing goals.
  • Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across website and email channels.
  • Implement and analyse A/B and multivariate testing to optimise landing pages and key content on the website(s).
  • Analyse user behaviour, website performance, and key conversion metrics to uncover insights.
  • Use data analytics tools to monitor and report on CRO performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, personalisation, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analytics.
  • Basic understanding of personalisation platforms like Marketing Cloud Personalisation or Dynamic Yield.
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for enhancing user experience and contributing to business success.
