About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Insights Consultant to join our team at Six Degrees Executive. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in establishing a performance-based mindset within our organisation, helping drive data-driven decision-making and making a real impact by turning insights into action.

As a Data-Driven Insights Consultant, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and be responsible for delivering insights for optimisation across diverse business portfolios. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to drive strategic insights and contribute to business objectives.

Your key duties will include:

  • Designing and maintaining a digital measurement and reporting framework, ensuring objectives, metrics, and segments are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Analysing digital channel performance to evaluate the effectiveness of content, campaigns, SEO, and user engagement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and driving commercial outcomes through accurate and trustworthy data insights.
  • Developing and maintaining monthly website performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key business units.
  • Contributing to a comprehensive digital measurement framework, ensuring clear definition and tracking of objectives, metrics, and segments.
  • Effectively communicating analysis using written, verbal, and visual methods that comply with internal expectations and accessibility requirements.
  • Educating the wider business on best practice in reporting and analytics.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights to drive measurable success. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in building and editing complex reports/dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiencies in platforms like GA4 and Google tag manager.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective data discussions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, consult and provide recommendations to stakeholders, as well as manage internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in session recording and heatmapping tools will be highly regarded.
