As a Venues Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating synergy while growing the individual identities of our bars to deliver exceptional service and maximize performance.

  • Create positive and high-quality customer experiences, review feedback, and consistently seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration within the bars and with other departments in the hotel.

In conjunction with brand standards, you will:

  • Be responsible for the performance of the bars, including forecasting, payroll, profit, cost control, and analysis of results.
  • Ensure all ordering and management of beverage stock for the bars is on time and that adequate par levels are maintained.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Entertainment/Promotion Agencies to coordinate entertainment acts.

You will oversee the performance of all team members and assist with the training of new and existing team members to create a relaxed, friendly, and fun environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in hospitality management.

Apart from the ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure, the role also requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team.

The successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
