We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to manage our guest reservations and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels
- Efficiently process guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Provide expert recommendations on room types, resort amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Contribute to achieving revenue and occupancy targets through effective sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing or reservations roles within hospitality and tourism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver warm and friendly service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex guest inquiries and requests
- Knowledge of property management systems and third-party agents is advantageous but not essential
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
