Experience Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Experience Enhancement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for reshaping retirement living by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As an Experience Enhancement Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving improvements and ensuring our communities exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer feedback programs to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to close the loop on feedback and improvement opportunities
  • Oversee the escalation process for customer complaints and provide subject matter expertise and training for CX professionals
  • Support underperforming communities through targeted improvement plans and assist with detractor follow-ups
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures and facilitate resident forums and focus groups
About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with experience in customer experience, operations, marketing, or another services environment. You should have strong project coordination and organisational skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Preferred qualifications include tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or CX, as well as knowledge of NPS and customer satisfaction programs.
