Job Title: Administrative Document Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administrative tasks of a busy office. This role involves opening and processing daily correspondence, verifying and collating cheques received, and loading hard copy mail to an Electronic Document Management system.

In addition to these tasks, the Administrative Document Coordinator will also be responsible for scanning, logging, and filing correspondence into a records management system. They will need to conduct searches and image checking to ensure high-quality images and copies are maintained.

This is a full-time temporary assignment with ASAP start. The location is Beaudesert, QLD, and working hours are Monday to Friday.
