
Administrative Document Coordinator

As a key member of the Design & Construction team, you will play a pivotal role in providing effective administrative and document support to the business across a diverse range of projects.
- Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate generation, receipt, maintenance and processing of project information and documentation within internal systems as well as Documentation Management platforms.
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with program/project stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Producing regular and ad hoc reports on project status, including outstanding documentation for management.
- Monitoring and compiling certification requirements for building act compliance in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a project and design environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and advanced clerical and administrative abilities, including sound analytical skills and accurate record keeping.
Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Outlook, Excel), is also essential.
