  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth and spearhead strategic sales initiatives. As a Business Growth Leader, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, execute sales plans, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting & Qualification: Engage high-potential prospects using market insights, industry events, and lead-generation techniques, prioritising opportunities with the greatest sales potential.

    • Closing Deals & Post-Sale Engagement: Navigate procurement processes, overcome objections, finalise contracts, and oversee post-sale activities, including client references and case studies.

    • Strategic Planning & Collaboration: Provide sales performance reports, contribute to business development strategy, align with marketing and product teams, and foster a high-performance sales culture.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Industry Experience & Sales Expertise: 5+ years in SaaS, digital technology sales, or business development within FinTech, Financial Crime, or Financial Services, with a proven track record of high-value sales.

    • Strategic Sales & Results Focus: Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive measurable revenue growth, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.

    • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand client needs, build long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Analytical & Technical Proficiency: Skilled in market analysis, sales forecasting, governance frameworks, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), with a high level of business and commercial acumen.

    • Adaptability & Collaboration: Resilient and team-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts, resolving escalations, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
