Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cash Control Officer to join our team at Mounties Group. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clearance reconciliation and preparing club banking statements;
  • Issuing and balancing floats for keno, bars, and change bars;
  • Assisting with ATM preparation and end-of-shift balancing;
  • Providing advice on process flows and reporting;
  • Balancing all club monies and monitoring cash handling;
  • Recording transactions and maintaining petty cash records;
  • Maintaining and coordinating cash control procedures;
  • Performing other duties as reasonably requested.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Micros POS, Clubline accounting software);
  • Hands-on accounting experience;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong time management and attention to detail;
  • High numerical accuracy and problem-solving ability;
  • Self-directed teamwork and willingness to travel when required;
  • Possession of a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful applicant must also complete a NSW Police Check.
