Job Description

We are seeking a driven and dedicated Cash Control Officer on a part-time basis to join our team at Mounties, located in Mount Pritchard. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust control framework across our CCO operations.

Your key duties will include:

  • Clearance reconciliation
  • Preparing Club banking
  • Issuing and balancing floats including keno, bars and change bars
  • Assisting with the preparation of ATMs
  • Balancing at the end of the shift
  • Providing advice and recommendations relating to process flows and reporting
  • Balancing of all Club monies
  • Monitoring and reviewing cash handling within the organisation
  • Recording all transactions
  • Maintaining petty cash records in accordance with club policy
  • Minimising the clubs cash exposure during operational hours
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Micros POS, Clubline accounting software)
  • Strong hands-on accounting skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills with high level accuracy
  • Self-directed, whilst working in a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • A current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location of the role is Mount Pritchard, NSW.
