Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cash Control Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing customers internally and externally while supporting the Group CCO Manager in maintaining a robust control framework.

  • Clearance reconciliation
  • Preparing Club banking
  • Issuing and balancing floats including keno, bars and change bars
  • Assisting with the preparation of ATMs
  • Balancing at the end of the shift
  • Provide advice and recommendations relating to process flows and reporting
  • Balancing of all Club monies
  • Monitor and review cash handling within the organisation including POS variances.
  • Recording all transactions
  • Maintain petty cash records in accordance with club policy
  • Minimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hours
  • Maintain and coordinate the implementation of cash control procedures as required.
  • Performing any other duty reasonably requested at any other time
About You

The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Micros POS, Clubline accounting software), hands-on accounting experience, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and a high level of numerical accuracy.

A competitive salary in the range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depends on the individual’s level of experience and qualifications.
