**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Cash Control Officer on a part-time basis to join our team at Mounties Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust control framework across our CCO operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Clearance reconciliation and preparation of Club banking
  • Issuing and balancing floats, including keno, bars and change bars
  • Assisting with the preparation of ATMs and balancing at the end of the shift
  • Providing advice and recommendations relating to process flows and reporting
  • Balancing of all Club monies and monitoring cash handling within the organisation
  • Recording all transactions and maintaining petty cash records
  • Minimising cash exposure during operational hours and implementing cash control procedures

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Micros POS and Clubline accounting software
  • Hands-on accounting skills and excellent numerical skills with high accuracy
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as time management and problem-solving abilities
  • A current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful applicant must be prepared to complete a NSW Police Check.
