About the Role
">The successful applicant will work closely with the team to ensure that overall customer service experience is fulfilled.
This includes overseeing the gaming operation in our VIP lounge, ensuring timely, effective, and efficient customer service delivery that exceeds expectations.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing a thorough knowledge and understanding of EGM (Electronic Gaming Machines), MTGM (Multi-Terminal Gaming Machine) and gaming systems, as well as assisting operationally as required.
You will also be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of system-related products, promote updated gaming, marketing and Food and Beverage promotions to customers, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
About You
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a large club/organisation.
- A strong understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA/RCG, HACCP & Gaming Regulations.
- A good practical knowledge of safe WH&S practices.
- Exceptional grooming, time management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA/RCG and Advanced RCG competency card.
- A current Provide First Aid certification.
- Full availability to work across a 7-day week roster.
