About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Sales Optimization to join our team at Colonial First State. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to optimize our sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Analyze data to inform sales decisions and optimize sales processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CBA and CFS teams
  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, with a focus on digital sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
