About the Role:

  • Guide customers through self-service portals and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Handle account updates and assist with finance-related inquiries, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in call centre environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Ambitious drive to meet and exceed performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Skill in building rapport with diverse customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems accurately, ensuring data entry precision.

Location: Brisbane (North and South)
