About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, meeting and exceeding customer-focused KPIs.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer concerns or escalate when necessary, providing timely resolutions.
- Guide customers through self-service portals and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Handle account updates and assist with finance-related inquiries, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in call centre environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ambitious drive to meet and exceed performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Skill in building rapport with diverse customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Ability to navigate complex systems accurately, ensuring data entry precision.
Location: Brisbane (North and South)
